Scoring rubric
The lab rubric
The lab rubric looks for evidence that a firm can design, integrate, and operate AI systems under real production constraints.
The lab rubric
AI Review Lab is deliberately more technical than the press-oriented list. We score firms as if we were deciding who we would trust with real implementation work.
That means we care about engineering realism, integration depth, operator empathy, and whether the public story sounds like someone who has shipped hard systems before.
- Technical depth visible in the public service mix and implementation framing.
- Signs of operator empathy: do they understand buyer constraints, not just model capabilities?
- Ability to handle production-grade deployment, integration, or enterprise complexity.
- Discovery value matters, but technical credibility matters more than pure directory visibility.
